Why Jordan

For a couple of years, we wanted to visit the Middle East during New Year’s Eve holiday, we tried with Israel twice but, for a variety of reasons, both times we had to give up it despite having the tickets in our hands.

So, on the third year, we decided to change the destination to break our “curse” and opted for Jordan.

The choice turned out to be our winner card. In addition to being an incredibly welcoming country, Jordan is a nation rich in history and extraordinary natural beauties: the yellow and the dazzling red of its arid mountains and the luxuriant Jordan valley with its olive trees, pinewoods and date palms.

From the incredibly majestic Wadi Rum desert, the hospitality of Bedouin shepherds, the grandeur of the ancient Jerash (one of the best preserved Roman archaeological sites in the world), to culminate with the magnificence and splendor of the pink city, Petra.

These are only some of the beauties that this amazing country can offer to its visitors. A peaceful country that still suffers from the effects of its neighbors’ problems.
